Sonomar M. has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Starting in 2007, Sonimar worked as a Lead Human Resources Consultant at Diversified Human Resources. In 2014, they moved on to become the Vice President of Human Resources at American Residential Properties, Inc. They continued their career at AV Homes, Inc. as the Vice President of Human Resources from 2016 to 2018. Sonimar then joined Taylor Morrison as the Benefits Manager from 2018 to 2022. Currently, Sonimar is serving as the Vice President of Talent & Culture at NexMetro Communities, starting in 2022.

Sonimar M. attended the University of Phoenix from 2001 to 2005 and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management during that time. In 2016, Sonimar obtained the SHRM-SCP certification from SHRM.
