Trey Soto is a financial professional with extensive experience in real estate and finance. Currently serving as a Financial Analyst II at NexMetro Communities since September 2022, Trey previously held the role of Acquisition & Dispositions Analyst at Catapult Realty Partners, LLC, from August 2021 to September 2022. Trey began a career in property management at JLB Partners as an Assistant Community Manager and then as Leasing Manager from April 2018 to April 2020. Prior experience includes a position as a Leasing Professional at Gables Residential between May 2016 and April 2018. Trey holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of North Texas, awarded in August 2021.
