Lucile Carment

Lucile Carment has extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as Responsable RH at NEXO since November 2019, focusing on personnel administration, payroll management, and social control. Prior to this role, Lucile held the position of Responsable Ressources Humaines at Tempur Sealy France from February 2015 to November 2019, where similar responsibilities were performed. Lucile began a career in human resources as an Assistante Ressources Humaines at SAS TILGUIT - INTERMARCHE from October 2012 to September 2014, with duties encompassing recruitment and training management. Earlier positions include Assistante Administrative roles at ADEFIM Oise and GRISET, as well as an administrative assistant position at Caisse d’allocations familiales de l'oise. Lucile holds a Master's degree in Human Resources and a License in Human Resources from Proméo Formation, along with a DUT in Business and Administration from IUT de Beauvais.
