Previously, Andor held the position of Project Director, overseeing implementation projects and managing a team of 25-30 staff. As a Product Manager, Andor was responsible for the NEXONtime module, focusing on product development strategy, team management, and SCRUM planning. Prior experiences include a Senior Consultant role at Vialto Consulting Ltd. and a Consultant position at AAM Management Information Consulting Ltd. Andor holds a Master's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Budapest University of Technology and Economics.
