William Molter

William Molter's work experience includes various roles in different companies. William started their career as a Senior Principle Systems Engineer at DynCorp Information Systems in 2000, where they managed logistics operations and opportunities. William then moved on to work at Premier Technology Group, Inc. as a Sr. Operational Planner and Director of Logistics, where they managed the company's office and directed logistics opportunities.

In 2003, Molter joined SPARTA, Inc. as a BMD & HLS Operational Analyst and Business Developer, where they supported the Ballistic Missile Defense System's exercise mission. William also served as a Vice President of Operations at Intecon from 2006 to 2010, where they were responsible for managing all operations and task orders for the NORAD-USNORTHCOM contract.

Molter then worked as an Operations Manager at TekPro Services from 2010 to 2012, where they provided operations management support and business development services. William later joined S4 Inc. as a Director of Operations and Program Manager for the NORAD-USNORTHCOM TA2S contract, where they managed operations and programs.

From 2020 to the present, Molter has worked at NexOne, Inc. as a Vice President for Business Development and Program Manager. In this role, they oversee business development and program management for the company.

Finally, in 2023, Molter retired from their work and started enjoying retirement in Texas.

William Molter attended the University of Central Missouri from 1980 to 1982, where they pursued a Master of Science degree in Management, with a focus on Industrial Safety. Prior to this, from 1973 to 1978, they studied at Bowling Green State University, earning a degree in Education with a specialization in Health.
