Christopher Greig-Bonnier

Christopher Greig-Bonnier currently serves as Chief Legal, Contracts, Risk and Compliance Officer at both Nexova and Starion since September 2025. Prior to these roles, Christopher held various positions at Serco from October 2016 to September 2025, including Head of Commercial Contracts for the UK&E Division and Legal, Contracts and Commercial Director for Europe, where responsibilities included managing legal, compliance, and ethical matters. Christopher also acted as Global Co-Chair for Serco's LGBT+ network. Earlier experience includes serving as Legal Director for Europe at CHC Helicopter, and as Legal & Compliance Counsel at Baker Hughes, where responsibilities spanned across multiple jurisdictions in the oilfield operations sector. Christopher began a legal career at Maclay Murray & Spens as an Assistant Solicitor in the Banking Department. Academic credentials include a LLB with honors in Law and French from the University of Aberdeen, obtained from 2003 to 2008.
