Amanda Jin is a seasoned talent acquisition specialist with extensive experience in recruitment and human resources. Currently serving as the China Talent Acquisition Head at Nexperia since April 2022, Amanda leads a team focused on hiring high-quality R&D professionals across various roles. Prior to this, Amanda held the position of Manager Talent Network at Infineon from September 2016 to April 2022, overseeing end-to-end recruitment for sales and marketing positions. Amanda's earlier roles include Recruitment Manager positions at Bureau Veritas and multiple HR functions at SGS and Yanfeng Key Safety System. Amanda earned a Master's degree in Law from Renmin University of China between 1998 and 2000.
