Aryadeep Mrinal

Aryadeep Mrinal is a Principal Platform and Product Development Engineer at Nexperia, with a career spanning over a decade in the semiconductor industry. Prior to Nexperia, Aryadeep worked at Taiwan Semiconductor as a Senior R&D Engineer, gaining extensive experience in TCAD simulation software, including Sentaurus, Silvaco, and Tsuprem4. Aryadeep also held roles as a Research Assistant at Asia University, focusing on power device simulation, and as an Intern at Nuvoton Technology Corporation, where responsibilities included ESD and power device measurement and analysis. Aryadeep holds a Master's degree in Semiconductor Manufacturing Technology from Asia University and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
