Ben Gelissen

Ben Gelissen has extensive work experience in analog design engineering, with a focus on automotive networking and IC development. Ben has worked at NXP Semiconductors for over 20 years, taking on various roles and responsibilities. At NXP Semiconductors, Gelissen worked on projects such as designing internal regulators, optimizing layouts for transmitters, improving emission through schematic and layout modifications, creating IBIS models for transceivers, and collaborating with research teams on the development of wideband ADCs and subranging ADCs. Gelissen also worked on developing a mixed signal multi-standard color decoder that eliminated the need for expensive xtals. Gelissen's most recent role was as a Principal Design Engineer at Nexperia, where they focused on analog design for I2C repeaters and eFuse projects.

Ben Gelissen earned a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications from HAN University of Applied Sciences in 1993. Ben then pursued a Master's degree in IC technology and Electronics from the University of Twente, completing it in 1996.
