Principal Process Engineer at Nexperia

Bram Hesselink has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Bram started as a Commissioner External Affairs at Committee Mātauranga Studytour in 2010, before becoming a Board Member at Bigband Association Stubiba from 2010 to 2013. In 2013, Bram worked as a Research Assistant at the National High Magnetic Field Laboratory. From 2015 to 2016, they were a Factory Engineer at VDL Enabling Technologies Group (ETG) Almelo, where they managed the startup of a machine group and led pilot projects. Bram then transitioned to VDL Enabling Technologies Group (ETG) in 2016 as a Requirements Engineer, involved in the development of an automated pilot production line. Bram joined NXP Semiconductors in 2017 as a Process Integration Engineer, responsible for sustaining and enhancing processes for semiconductor manufacturing. Bram also worked as a Product Engineer at NXP Semiconductors from 2019 to 2020. Currently, Bram is serving as a Principal Process Engineer at Nexperia since November 2020. In addition to their professional experience, they have volunteered as a Student Guide and Student Recruiter/Role Model at the University of Twente, where they were involved in science exhibitions and inspiring the public about physics and technology.

Bram Hesselink has a Master's Degree in Applied Physics from the University of Twente. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Physics from the same university. Bram completed their high school education at Driemark, earning a VWO NG&NT diploma. In addition, Bram Hesselink has obtained a certification in LEAN Six Sigma Green Belt from Bureau Tromp in 2017.
