Dr. Wim Lutzke

Dr. Wim Lutzke has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of semiconductor manufacturing. Dr. Wim currently holds the position of Senior Principal Engineer Fab Process at Nexperia since October 2021. Prior to this role, they held the positions of Principal Engineer Fab Process from June 2018 to September 2021, Senior Engineer Fab Process from October 2017 to May 2018, and Process Engineer from February 2017 to September 2017 at Nexperia as well.

Before joining Nexperia, Dr. Lutzke worked at NXP Semiconductors from 2012 to 2017, where they served as a Process Engineer with technological responsibility in process areas such as Epitaxy, Ion Implant, and Silicon Material. Dr. Wim also provided technical expertise and auditor support during supplier audits.

Prior to NXP Semiconductors, Dr. Lutzke worked at Odersun AG as a Production Process Engineer and Head of Work Center from 2009 to 2012. Dr. Wim also worked as a Process Engineer at NXP Semiconductors from 2006 to 2009 and at Philips from 2001 to 2006.

Dr. Lutzke began their career as a Scientific Researcher at Universität Hamburg from 2000 to 2001. Dr. Wim also worked as a Ph.D. Candidate/Post-Doc at Max-Planck Institute for Microstructure Physics from 1995 to 2000.

Dr. Wim Lutzke pursued their education at Technische Universität Braunschweig from 1988 to 1995. During this period, they obtained a Diploma in Semiconductor Physics.
