John-Ivan Gonzales has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Gonzales, has held various roles in different companies.

From 2014 to the present, Gonzales has been the Chief Reliability Engineer at Nexperia. In this role, they manage the operation of the Reliability and Calibration laboratories, ensuring proper resource allocation and budget management. Gonzales, then pursued further studies and completed their M.S. in Material Science and Engineering from the same institution in 1999. In 2009, they earned a Diploma in Business Administration from De Lasalle University-Dasmarinas, specializing in the field of Business.
