Jia Chen

Jia (Angela) Chen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering, marketing, and strategy within the semiconductor industry. Currently serving as the Head of BG ICS Strategy at Nexperia, Jia leads business analysis and strategic initiatives aimed at growth and external cooperation. Previously, Jia held various leadership roles at NXP Software and NXP Semiconductors, including Senior Engineering Manager and Regional Marketing Manager, overseeing product lines in mobile audio, power, and AIoT. Jia's career also includes positions at Ipsotek, Infineon Technologies, and an investment firm focused on the semiconductor sector, alongside a robust educational background with degrees from Xi'an Jiaotong University and Delft University of Technology.
