Joel Fong

Joel Fong is a seasoned professional in talent development and organizational psychology, currently serving as the Talent Development Program Manager for Global Talent and Learning at Nexperia since November 2022. With extensive experience in career coaching since 2017, under the banner of LIFT Training and Coaching, Joel specializes in exploring the purpose of work.
