Kartik Kumar

Kartik Kumar is a Senior Product Development Engineer at Nexperia, focusing on low voltage small signal ESD MOSFETs and Power MOSFETs. With a solid background in power management devices and discrete semiconductors, Kartik has previously served as an RD Engineer at Taiwan Semiconductor, where they contributed to the development of Medium Voltage UMOSFETs and Split-gate MOSFETs. They also held a position as a Senior TD Engineer at PANJIT International Inc., specializing in FRED diode simulations and process development. Kartik holds a Master’s Degree in Electronic Engineering from Chang Gung University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from AMC Engineering College.
