Katrin Feurle

Katrin Feurle is a seasoned executive in the semiconductor industry with extensive experience in product management and marketing for wide bandgap technologies. Currently serving as the Senior Director and General Manager of the SiC Product Group at Nexperia since August 2022, Katrin holds end-to-end responsibility for the SiC product lifecycle, ensuring customer success through R&D, application engineering, and product management. Prior to this role, Katrin spent over 12 years at Infineon Technologies in various capacities, including Go-to-market Lead for Gallium Nitride and Silicon Carbide products, Director of System Marketing, and Manager of Business Line Marketing. Katrin holds a Master of Arts in Intercultural Communication and Cooperation from Hochschule München University of Applied Sciences and a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Management from Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University.
