Kim Lorraine Schuetze

Kim Lorraine Schuetze is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG) management, currently serving as Senior Manager ESG at Nexperia since July 2022. In this role, Kim leads global ESG projects, coordinates cross-functional teams, and manages sustainability reporting in accordance with GRI standards, as well as CSRD and EU Taxonomy compliance. Previous experience includes roles at NORDMETALL Verband der Metall- und Elektroindustrie e.V., Plan International Deutschland e.V., Deloitte Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft, and wmp consult - Wilke Maack GmbH, where Kim contributed to labor market policy, project cooperation, and sustainable development initiatives. Kim holds a Master's degree in Southeast Asian Studies from the University of Münster and a Bachelor's degree in European Studies from Universität Osnabrück, along with academic experience at VRIJE UNIVERSITEIT BRUSSELS in the area of European integration.
