Prior to Nexperia, Kushwanthi held multiple positions at Analog Devices, including Strategic Marketing Manager, Senior Field Application Engineer, Graduate Program Manager, and Applications Engineer, demonstrating a robust background in technical support and marketing for the semiconductor industry. Early career experiences include conducting a Master Thesis at Knorr-Bremse focused on rail-wheel contact measurement and involvement in various engineering projects during academic studies at Ravensburg-Weingarten University and Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, where degrees in Mechatronics and Electronics Engineering were obtained, respectively.
