Manikant is a Senior GaN Product Development Manager at Nexperia since August 2019, possessing extensive experience in GaN product quality and development. Prior to this, Manikant earned a PhD in Physics from the University of Bristol, focusing on GaN wide band gap semiconductor technology for microwave and high-power applications. Additional experience includes roles as a Teaching Assistant, Technology Integrator at the Centre for Nano Science and Engineering, and Facility Technologist at the Indian Institute of Science, where significant advancements in GaN technologies were achieved. Manikant also gained practical experience at Bharat Electronics in testing radar warning receivers for fighter aircraft.
