Mathias Kamprath

Mathias Kamprath has over 17 years of experience in project and process management within the semiconductor industry. Currently serving as Head of Project Management R&D at Nexperia since July 2018, Mathias has held various roles including Program Manager and Senior Project Manager, focusing on development and change projects for discrete components. Prior experience includes a decade at Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. as an R&D Engineer and Project Leader, where Mathias contributed to power transistor development and management, as well as work as a Process Engineer in wafer backside treatments. Mathias began a career in engineering at the Fraunhofer Institute for Silicon Technology ISIT and holds a Diplom-Ingenieur (Dipl.Ing.) degree in Physikalische Technik from Ernst-Abbe-Hochschule Jena.
