Ronald Minkhorst

Ronald Minkhorst has extensive work experience in the semiconductor industry. Ronald started their current role as a Validation Engineering Team Lead at Nexperia in September 2021. Prior to that, they worked at NXP Semiconductors for over two decades, holding various managerial positions. From June 2019 to September 2021, they served as the Manager of the Reliability Department, responsible for executing qualification tests for new products. Before that, from October 2016 to May 2019, they managed both the Reliability and Test Equipment Engineering teams. Ronald also held roles as Manager of the Reliability Department, Manager of Reliability Physics, Senior Reliability Physics Engineer, Manager of Lifetest Engineering, and Quality Engineer throughout their tenure at NXP Semiconductors.

Ronald Minkhorst obtained a degree in Electrotechniek (Part time) from Hogeschool Eindhoven, where they studied from 1987 to 1992. Ronald then pursued a Quality Engineer degree in Total Quality Management from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht (Hogeschool Utrecht) from 1999 to 2001.
