Terry Cheng

Terry Cheng is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in power semiconductor development and quality engineering. Currently serving as Senior Design Manager of PowerMOS at Nexperia, Terry specializes in low-voltage PowerMOS development within the advanced Device group. Previously held roles include PQE Senior Manager, where enhancements in testing methodologies and yield optimization were key achievements, and Senior Principal Product Quality Engineering, focusing on various semiconductor portfolios. Earlier in the career at NXP Semiconductors, Terry worked as Project Manager and Product Engineer, overseeing package innovation, product introduction, and yield improvement initiatives. Terry began the career as NPI Engineer at Ambit, leading new product introduction for Freescale's module products. Educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Science and Technology from Huazhong University of Science and Technology.
