Wenwei Jin

Wenwei (Diana) Jin serves as the Senior Director of Accounting and Group Reporting at Nexperia since June 2021, overseeing a global team of 60 and managing comprehensive accounting operations for the Group, including IFRS and PRC GAAP reporting. Prior to this role, Jin was the Director of Finance and Corporate Affairs at Changan-Nio New Energy Automotive Technology Co. Ltd., where responsibilities included budget management and business partnering for the German operation. Jin also held significant positions at Deloitte & Touche, CITIC Dicastal, and KPMG, accumulating extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, financial reporting, risk management, and audit services. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Shanghai Jiaotong University, a Dual Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, and an MBA from Mannheim Business School.
