Carlylse Cave

Carlylse Cave is an experienced technical support professional with a diverse background spanning over two decades in the technology and military sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Support Engineer at Nexsan Technologies since May 2011, Carlylse previously held positions such as Computer Specialist and Medical Specialist in the US Army from 1987 to 2012, and Technical Support Representative at Overland Storage from 2005 to April 2011. Additional experience includes roles in software quality assurance and technical support at CA between 1998 and 2005, as well as network engineering at GigaTek Solutions from 1996 to 1998. Carlylse earned a degree from the University of Phoenix, completing studies from 2005 to 2010.
