Christopher Kouri

Chris Kouri is a legal professional with extensive experience in economic development, government affairs, and corporate law. Currently a member at Nexsen Pruet, LLC since June 2015, Chris specializes in incentive negotiations and has advised various domestic and international clients on public and private financing as well as economic incentive packages. Previous roles include serving as General Counsel for the Charlotte Regional Partnership and Charlotte Motor Speedway, along with a position as an associate at Helms Mulliss & Wicker, PLLC. Chris has also pursued public office as a candidate for the U.S. House of Representatives and has a background in professional football as a player in the National French League. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctor from the University of North Carolina School of Law, a Master’s in Public Policy from Duke University, and a Bachelor of Arts from Yale University.
