Craig Holderman

As Nexsen Pruet’s Chief Operating Officer, Craig works with the firm’s board and attorneys to guide the firm’s strategic planning and execution. He uses his 30+ years of experience as a financial professional to streamline processes and lead Nexsen Pruet’s initiatives to maximize efficiency and practice growth.

Craig leads a team of professionals responsible for planning, organizing, and directing Nexsen Pruet’s day-to-day operations.

Before joining Nexsen Pruet, he served as Chief Financial Officer of a 1,000 attorney law firm based in Greenville, SC, with 53 offices including 5 international offices. There Craig oversaw the firm’s activities on all financial matters, including mergers, budgets, internal and external reporting, and tax compliance. Prior to relocating to South Carolina, he was Director of Financial Operations at a firm in New York where he also led financial activities.

Craig earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from Ohio University and a Master of Business Administration from Pace University in New York.
