Susan Patton

Susan has worked in the legal industry for close to 30 years and in that time she has learned almost everything that there is to know about how a law firm operates. In her current role as the Chief Human Resources Officer, Susan oversees payroll, employee relations, recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training and development, benefits and the 401k plan.

She is a strong advocate for the staff of the firm and regularly travels among their eight offices to meet with attorneys and staff to address questions and concerns.
