Jared Smith

Jared Smith is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management and land development. Currently serving as the Director of Land Development at Nexstar Homes since May 2021, Jared Smith has previously held significant roles including Area Manager at Amazon, where oversight of 84 dispatchers and 6 supervisors was maintained for 500 facilities. Prior to Amazon, Jared Smith was a Program Manager at KATERRA, leading project execution and collaboration with stakeholders, and also served as Production/R&D Manager, driving automation and change transformation. Earlier experience includes ownership of Millwork Masters LLC, project management roles at European Techniques and Old World Tile and Granite, and a Bachelor of Science in Management from the University of Phoenix.
