Joe Garrison is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in both education and journalism. Since August 2014, Joe has been a full-time high school mathematics teacher at The Pennsylvania Cyber Charter School, following previous teaching roles in public school districts from August 2006 to July 2014. In parallel, Joe has worked as a part-time television news and sports reporter for Nexstar Media Group, Inc. since March 1993, starting as a full-time reporter and now covering stories in Central Pennsylvania. Joe's career in journalism began as a news and sports photographer at Wtov9 from November 1991 to March 1993. Joe holds a Bachelor's Degree in Broadcast Journalism from Commonwealth University-Lock Haven and both a Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Education from Commonwealth University-Lock Haven and Wilkes University, respectively.
