Matt Dinardo

Matt DiNardo is a seasoned meteorologist with extensive experience in both television and radio. Currently serving as the Chief Meteorologist at ABC 8NEWS WRIC and a Radio Meteorologist for Audacy, Inc., DiNardo has been with Nexstar Media Group since April 2004, fulfilling roles as both morning and chief meteorologist at WRIC-TV in Richmond, VA. Prior to this, DiNardo provided daily weather forecasts for ESPN Radio 950 and worked as a commercial talent for ABC Chem Dry. DiNardo's career began at WTEN-TV in Albany, NY, where significant experience was gained as a Weather Producer. DiNardo holds a B.S. in Atmospheric Sciences from the University at Albany, earned in 1993.
