Téa Duplex is an experienced executive with a robust background in program management and product growth, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Growth Product & Program Management at Nexstar Media Group, Inc. since May 2018. As a Founding Member of Chief LA, a network dedicated to advancing women in leadership, Téa plays a vital role in empowering senior women leaders. Additionally, Téa has contributed to various non-profit organizations, including serving as Co-Chair of the Board of Advisors for Nerdy Girl Success®, Inc., and as a mentor for the EmpowHer Institute, which supports young women from marginalized communities. Téa's prior roles include Vice President of Program Management at Nexstar Digital and DEV/CON DETECT | Ad Tech Security, along with leadership positions at AMP Agency, Tribune Publishing, and the Los Angeles Times. Educational credentials include a PKE MBA from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing from California State University, Fullerton.
