Chris Peck

Chris Peck has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Chris is currently working as a Consultant, HR Strategy at Nexstone Immunology since April 2022. Prior to this, they were the Principal of Peck & Associates, their own firm specializing in organizational development and talent management, from August 2016. Chris served as the VP, Strategic Advisory Board at YourEncore from January 2012 to August 2016, where they connected experts with leading life sciences, consumer product, and food companies. From May 2010 to January 2012, Chris worked as an Account Director, Life Sciences at Your Encore, managing relationships with key member companies. Before joining YourEncore, they held various roles at GlaxoSmith Kline, including Director of Global Talent Acquisition from June 2005 to May 2010. During their tenure at GSK, they also served as the Director of Sourcing Solutions and Director of Leadership Training, among other roles, contributing to the company's recruitment and leadership development initiatives.

Chris Peck began their education in 1973 at Rutgers University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology. Chris attended Rutgers University for four years and completed their studies in 1977. After a significant gap in their education, they returned to school in 2002 and attended the Columbia Business School for a year. During this time, they participated in a seminar focused on Organizational Design.
