Silvia Napolitano

Silvia Napolitano has a diverse work experience spanning from 1998 to the present. Silvia started their career at McCann Erickson as an Account Supervisor, where they managed clients and coordinated various advertising campaigns. Later, they worked at Filmmaster Events as the Director of Clients, overseeing strategic consultancy, client management, and event production. Silvia then co-founded Greenability, an agency focused on sustainable brand communication. Currently, Silvia serves as the Client & Operations Director at Next 14, showcasing their expertise in client relations and operational management.

From 1998 to 2003, Silvia Napolitano attended IULM University, where they obtained a Laurea in R.P. con indirizzo in Consumi e Pubblicità, with a focus on Consumi e pubblicità.
