Patrick Winters

Patrick Winters is an experienced professional in project and program management, currently serving as Managing Director at Next Apex since January 2023. Prior to this role, Patrick held multiple positions at Projects Assured, including General Manager, where responsibilities included providing advisory and assurance services while managing corporate functions. Patrick has worked extensively with federal government clients on ICT and telecommunications projects and has held various roles in the Australian government, from Program Assurance Officer to Executive Officer. Notable previous positions include Project Manager and ScrumMaster at the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Authority, and multiple roles in information management and public sector administration.
