Neelav Sengupta is a Senior Manufacturing and Testing Engineer with extensive experience in CAD/CAM, Product Design & Development, Composite Fabrication Methods, Material Selection, Testing and Validation Engineering, Additive Manufacturing, Vendor Relations, Procurement and Outsourcing, and more. Neelav has a background in Mechanical Engineering from CHANDIGARH UNIVERSITY and has worked in various roles such as Prototype Engineer, Hardware Design Engineer, and Manufacturing Engineer in reputable companies like Next Big Innovation Labs®, Okulo Aerospace, VECROS TECH, and Defy Aerospace.

Next Big Innovations Labs (NBIL) is a startup of enthusiastic individuals on a mission to confront the world’s most challenging problems in the healthcare space. We are a research driven startup working on a novel approach to tackle the current muddle vexing the pharmaceutical, clinical and cosmetic R&D sectors. We feel we can crack these problems only by using the disruptive technology of 3D Bioprinting. At NBIL, we focus to solve the organ availability crisis plaguing the entire globe using 3D Bioprinting; aiming to create a world where the abyss between organ demand and availability for organ transplantation is bridged by in-vitro organogenesis.
