Lisa Bowden

Lisa Bowden has extensive experience in quality management and regulatory affairs, currently serving as the Head of Quality and Regulatory at Next Biosciences since January 2024. Prior to this role, Lisa worked as a Senior Quality Specialist at Biovac, focusing on the development and continuous improvement of quality management systems. At Reckitt Benckiser, Lisa held various positions, advancing to Quality Manager, where key responsibilities included managing factory complaints and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards as a Qualified Person. Earlier roles included Quality Control and Validation Manager and Validation Officer at RECKITT BENCKISER SOUTH AFRICA (PTY) LTD, where Lisa coordinated documentation for healthcare products and maintained quality validation plans. Lisa began their career at Pharmaceutical Contractors and ABI Coca-Cola, specializing in chemical and microbial testing. Lisa holds a BSc in Chemistry and Microbiology from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
