Directors Team

The Directors Team at Next Door Milwaukee oversees the strategic and operational functions of the organization. Each member leads their respective departments—be it educational services, development, operations, human resources, workforce development, information technology, or site management—to ensure cohesive and effective programs for early childhood education. Together, they drive the organization’s mission to provide high-quality, comprehensive services that support children and their families in Milwaukee’s Central City, from classroom excellence to robust family support systems.
