Estefanía Hernández

Estefanía Hernández has a diverse work experience. Estefanía co-founded NEXT Electric Motors in 2017 and served as the Chief Marketing Officer. Prior to that, they worked as the Responsible for Marketing and Communication at Guepardo Team UMH de Elche from 2015 to 2018. During this time, they participated in the MotoStudent International Championship and focused on design, innovation, and manufacturing of a Moto3 equivalent motorcycle. Estefanía also worked as an Event Organization and Public Relations Technician at Gioseppo SL from 2015 to 2017, where they coordinated and supervised events, managed PR agencies, and collaborated with celebrities. Additionally, they gained experience as a Psychologist at the Servicio de Atención Integral a la Mujer (SAIM) of the Elche City Council from 2013 to 2014, providing counseling and information to women.

Estefanía Hernández attended the Universidad Miguel Hernández de Elche from 2011 to 2015, where they pursued a degree in Psychology. During their time at the university, they specialized in the field of Psychology. In 2013, they also took a course at the same university focusing on the intersection of biological factors with leadership and team management in the workplace, known as "Factores biológicos, liderazgo y dirección de equipos de trabajo" in Spanish.
