Hala Othman

Hala Othman is a structural engineer with extensive experience in BIM and civil engineering, currently employed at NEXT Engineering Consultants since March 2023. Prior to this role, Hala worked as a BIM Specialist at Urbi from August 2022 to February 2023, contributing to the Dubai digital twin project in collaboration with Dubai Municipality. Previous positions include serving as a Structural Engineer at RMR+ Architects and Engineers LLC, working remotely from Damascus, and at Haitham Hameeda Engineering Office, which focused on projects in Saudi Arabia. Hala began a career in civil engineering at Subh Engineering, followed by an engineering internship at GCEC, where work involved road and bridge design. Hala holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Damascus University, awarded in 2018.
