Ryan Eckhardt is a Principal at Next Floor Co., a flooring products supplier that Ryan co-founded. Prior to this, Ryan worked at Kraus Flooring as Vice President, handling business development, supply chain, and operations. Ryan also has experience as a Senior Product Manager at Gennum Corporation. Ryan holds an MBA from Ivey Business School at Western University and a degree in BASc, Systems Design Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
