Mike Litzau

Mike Litzau has worked in the food and technology industries since 2000. Mike began their career at Pisa's Pizza and Pasta Incorporated as a Kitchen Manager/Restaurant Manager/R&D. In 2005, they moved on to Panera Bread as a Training Coordinator/Development Facilitator. In 2007, Mike joined Garbanzo Mediterranean Fresh as an Area Manager. In 2015, they became a Race Director Team at RUN to Change Lives. In 2017, Mike took on the role of Head of Training and Deployment at Next Force Technology, where they were also Manager, Operations Support. Finally, in 2019 they became a Cat Operator at Steamboat Resort.

Mike Litzau is a graduate of Steamboat Springs High School. Mike also holds a ServeSafe certification from the National Restaurant Association.
