Taylor Janca has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2012 as a Chiropractic Assistant for COMMONWEALTH FAMILY CHIROPRACTIC CENTER PSC. In 2014, Taylor moved to The Scottsdale Plaza Resort, where they worked as a Cocktail Server and Fine Dining Server at Remington's Restaurant and an In-Room Dining Attendant. In 2015, Taylor joined La Bocca Wine Bar & Urban Kitchen as a Lead Line Cook and Server/Bartender. In 2016, Taylor moved to Stingley Management, Inc. (McDonald's Franchisee) as a Training and Deployment Supervisor/COVID-19 Compliance Supervisor and Customer Experience and Hospitality Program Manager. Most recently, Taylor began working at Next Force Technology in 2021 as a Training and Development Senior Customer Success & Program Manager and Customer Success Manager.

Taylor Janca obtained a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality, Food, and Beverage Management from The Art Institute of Phoenix between 2013 and 2018. In 2018, they obtained a ServSafe Manager certification from ServSafe Certified in March. In 2019, they obtained a certification from McDonald's Hamburger University in September.
