Lead Game Artist at Next Games

Aline Krebs is an experienced game artist and founder with a strong background in 2D and 3D art. Aline started their career with an internship in concept art, where they worked on projects for Ubisoft, Amplitude, and Netflix. Aline then gained further experience through internships and indie projects, where they created and animated creatures, designed visuals for communication, and worked on pitch decks for investors. Aline later joined NaturalPad as a 2D artist intern, where they contributed to the creation of concepts and assets for a Shoot'Em Up game. Aline also gained knowledge of the Unity engine. Aline then worked as a game artist at Oudidon and Alt Shift before founding their own studio, Homecoming Studio, as a 2D/3D artist. Aline collaborated with various companies and honed their artistic skills. After Homecoming Studio, Aline joined Voodoo as a 2D/3D game artist, contributing their expertise to game development. Aline currently holds the position of Senior Game Artist at Next Games, a Netflix Game Studio, and has recently been promoted to the role of Lead Game Artist. Aline's extensive work experience demonstrates their ability to adapt to different projects and contribute to the creation of visually engaging games.

Aline Krebs began their education at Lycée Montplaisir from 2007 to 2010, where they completed their STI in Sciences et Technologies Industrielles, with a focus on Design et arts appliqués. Following this, from 2010 to 2012, they attended the Écoles de Condé, where they obtained a BTS in Visual Communication, with a specialization in graphism/publishing/advertising. Moving forward, from 2012 to 2013, Aline studied at the Université Paul Valéry - Montpellier III, completing a Licence professionnelle in Creation and coordination of video game universes. Aline then continued their education at the Université Paul Valéry - Montpellier III from 2013 to 2014, focusing on Video Games in their first year of Master in Arts, Research specialty. Aline's educational journey continued at ENJMIN from 2014 to 2016, where they earned a Master's degree in Games and Interactive Media Digital, specializing in Conception Visuelle. In 2017, they attended Créajeux and completed a course in Digital Painting.
