Janne Huhtanen

Janne Huhtanen is a seasoned technical director and programmer with extensive experience in the gaming industry. Currently serving as the Technical Director and Principal Programmer at Next Games since March 2021, Janne previously co-founded Savage Game Studios, where Janne held the position of Co-Founder and Senior Fullstack Programmer. Janne has a strong background as Lead Unity Developer at Polka Dot Studio Oy, where contributions included work on "Idle Kitty: Shopkeeper" and "Trendy Boutique Story." Janne also co-founded AR Games Helsinki, focusing on augmented reality mobile gaming experiences, and has held various roles, including CEO of Method Foo and multiple programming positions at Next Games and Tofuture Oy. Janne's career began in software engineering and consultancy, with education from Espoon Liiketalousinstituutti.
