Kseniia Tarasova

Kseniia Tarasova has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. In 2013, they worked as a Project Trainee at Kainuun Etu Oy, where their responsibilities included market research and content creation. From 2015 to 2016, they served as a Project Assistant at TAMK - Tampere University of Applied Sciences. In 2016, they joined Traplight Ltd. and worked as a Social Media and Marketing Trainee before transitioning to the role of Social Media Wizard. Later, they became a Growth Manager, where they designed processes for identifying and reaching target audiences for game concepts. In 2020, they became a Data Analyst at Traplight Ltd. In 2021, they joined Next Games, A Netflix Game Studio, first as a Junior UX Designer and then as a UX Designer.

Kseniia Tarasova has a diverse education history. Kseniia started their educational journey in 2008 at the St. Petersburg Branch of Russian Customs Academy V.B. Bobkova, where they pursued a Specialist degree in Law. Kseniia successfully completed this program in 2012.

In 2011, Kseniia enrolled at Tampere University of Applied Sciences, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in International Business. Kseniia studied there until 2015 and obtained their degree.

After a few years, Kseniia returned to Tampere University to further enhance their knowledge and skills. From 2020 to 2022, they pursued a Master's Degree Program in Computer Science with a specialization in Human-Technology Interaction. Kseniia successfully completed this program at Tampere University.

Additionally, Kseniia has obtained two additional certifications to further broaden their skillset. In 2013, they completed the course "Leading Strategic Innovation in Organizations" offered by Coursera. Kseniia also completed the course "Emerging Trends in Education (10 ECTS)" offered by TAMK - Tampere University of Applied Sciences, 21st Century Educators in 2016.
