Michaela Peltoniemi has a diverse work experience in various roles related to talent management, HR development, and recruitment. Michaela also pursued Business Studies at Växjö University from 2003 to 2004. In 2014, Michaela obtained a Brain-based Coaching Certificate from NeuroLeadershipGroup. Additionally, they earned a Hogan Assessment Certification from Hogan Assessment Systems in December 2018 and became a Results Certified Coach with the Brain-based Coaching Certificate from NeuroLeadership Group Finland & Scandinavia in September 2014.
