Michaela Peltoniemi

Michaela Peltoniemi has a diverse work experience in various roles related to talent management, HR development, and recruitment. Michaela is currently working as a Talent Manager at Next Games, where they focus on implementing systems and processes to support supervisors and facilitate employee growth. Prior to that, they were responsible for recruitment at the same company. Before joining Next Games, Michaela worked as a Peer Support Group Facilitator at Föreningen Luckan r.f. from September 2017 to May 2018. Michaela also worked as an HR Recruiter at innogy Consulting from July 2014 to May 2018, where they also took on the role of maternity leave cover. Earlier in their career, they served as a Talent Manager at RWE Power AG from August 2012 to June 2014, where they were responsible for diversity management, development centers, mentoring programs, and serving as an interface for talent management issues. Michaela also worked as an Advisor for Talent Management and Training at RWE Supply & Trading GmbH from April 2011 to July 2012, managing an international graduate program, providing career coaching, and organizing training sessions. Michaela has experience working in both the UK and Germany during their time at RWE Supply & Trading GmbH. Michaela started their career as a Trainee in Occupational Health Management at RWE Systems AG from February 2008 to March 2009, where they organized trainings and participated in various projects. Michaela also held roles as a Junior Personnel Development Manager and Trainee in Personnel Development & Training at twenty4help Knowledge Service GmbH from August 2006 to January 2008.

Michaela Peltoniemi obtained a Master's degree equivalent (German Diplom) in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Ruhr University Bochum from 2000 to 2006. Michaela also pursued Business Studies at Växjö University from 2003 to 2004. In 2014, Michaela obtained a Brain-based Coaching Certificate from NeuroLeadershipGroup. Additionally, they earned a Hogan Assessment Certification from Hogan Assessment Systems in December 2018 and became a Results Certified Coach with the Brain-based Coaching Certificate from NeuroLeadership Group Finland & Scandinavia in September 2014.
