Pekka Ihalainen

Pekka Ihalainen began their work experience in 2007 as a graphic design trainee at Zeeland Plc. Pekka then worked as a graphic design trainee at Please Oy in 2008 before returning to Zeeland Plc. that same year as a graphic designer. In 2010, they joined Mobilive Ltd as a game artist. Pekka then moved on to Rovio Entertainment Ltd. in 2011, where they worked as a senior game artist and served as an Art Lead in Nibblers, Angry Birds Star Wars Facebook, and Angry Birds Vuela Tazos(Pepsico. Pekka joined Seriously Digital Entertainment in 2018 as a senior artist and worked in that role until 2022. Currently, Pekka holds the position of UI Artist at Next Games, A Netflix Game Studio, which they started in 2023.

Pekka Ihalainen pursued their undergraduate education in Graphic Design at Metropolia University of Applied Sciences, from 2005 to 2009. Pekka obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree with a specialization in Medianomi.
