Elvira Marin Muñoz

Elvira Marin Muñoz has extensive work experience in various research and academic roles. Elvira is currently serving as the CTO at Next-Gen Leather since March 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Lab Manager at CNIC - Spanish National Center for Cardiovascular Research from February 2020 to March 2022. Before that, they were a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Hospital Universitario La Paz from August 2018 to February 2020. Elvira also worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Centro Nacional de Biotecnología, CNB-CSIC from January 2016 to July 2018. Elvira's previous experience includes working as a Postdoctoral and Teaching Assistant at Universidad Complutense de Madrid from September 2012 to December 2015. Elvira also served as a Postdoctoral scientist at Centro Nacional de Biotecnología (CNB) from January 2010 to August 2012. Elvira began their career as a PhD student at Centro Nacional de Biotecnología - CSIC in 2003.

Elvira Marin Muñoz has a strong educational background in the field of Biochemistry. Elvira obtained a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD degree in Bioquímica from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid from 2004 to 2009. Prior to that, they completed a Licenciatura degree in Bioquímica y biología molecular from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid from 2001 to 2003. During the same period, they also earned a Master's degree in Bioquímica from the same university. Elvira started their higher education journey with a Diplomatura degree in Química from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid from 1998 to 2001.
