Catherine Delorge-Weston

Catherine Delorge-Weston has over 25 years of experience in the Talent Acquisition and Executive Search industries. Catherine began their career in 1995 as a Research Associate and Associate in the Consumer Practice at Korn Ferry. In 1999, they moved to AT Kearney, where they were a Talent Acquisition Executive and then a Talent Acquisition Manager. In 2014, Catherine founded their own recruitment agency, RessourSing, where they developed a client base and conducted recruitment searches from start to finish. In 2018, they moved to Alexander Hughes as an Executive Search, Client Partner, where they established the presence and reputation of the French brand in the South East Asian market. Currently, they are the VP/Head of Global Talent Acquisition at Next Gen Foods, where they have built the TA function from scratch, implemented all TA processes, and led large amounts of recruitments across Asia, the US, Europe, and the Middle East. With the team growing across continents, they have also led Team Management initiatives and projects.

Catherine Delorge-Weston holds a Master in Economics & Finance from the Universit\u00e9 libre de Bruxelles.
