Riley Jackson

Business Development and Sales Consultant at Next Gen

Riley Jackson has gained work experience in various industries, including alternative protein, plant-based food, public relations, and brand representation. Most recently, they served as a Business Development and Sales Consultant for Next Gen Foods, makers of TiNDLE and Mwah!. Prior to that, they worked as an Account Manager and Retail Account Coordinator for Impossible Foods, as well as a Marketing and Communications Associate for BIOMILQ. They also gained experience in media and communications as an intern for The Good Food Institute and marketing coordination for Native Shoes. Additionally, Jackson has prior experience in account management, public relations, business management, brand representation, and content management in various roles across different organizations.

Riley Jackson completed high school at Brooks School and obtained a High School Diploma with High Distinction in Art History and Distinction in French. In 2014, they enrolled at UBC Sauder School of Business for their Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Marketing and Sustainability. Riley studied there until 2019. In 2017, they briefly attended KU Leuven to study Business and Commerce. In 2020, Riley completed a Digital Marketing Certificate program at BrainStation, and the same year obtained certificates in Brand and Product Management from IE Business School, and Plant-Based Nutrition from T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies.
